Creating an Announcement

The Announcements tool is used to inform site participants about current items of interest. Announcements can have multiple attachments, such as documents or web addresses (URLs).

  1. Navigate to your course site.
  2. Click on Announcements.
  3. Select Add.

4.  Provide a title for your Announcement.
5.  Type your message in the text box or scroll down and select Add Attachemnt.
6.  If you want to send the Announcement to participants' email account then change email notification to High - All Particpants
7.  Select Post Announcement.
